NOTE: Firmware version 1.47 will allow for 150,000 contacts but gets rid of voice recording. If you want to keep voice recording, stay on 1.45 and only import 50,000 contacts. Else you can upgrade to 1.47 and load all of North America on. Here is the DM32-UV CSV file for all of North America. It will only work on firmware 1.47
One limitation of the DM32-UV (pre-v1.47) is that it only holds 50,000 contacts. This can be problematic for some, but can be addressed by chopping up the contact list so it’s more relevant to yourself. In an attempt to be slightly helpful in this regard, I’ve made a CSV for just Michigan, in the format that the DM32-UV needs.

Obviously these will be out of date almost immediately. If you want an up-to-date list you can use this website: https://www.iz8wnh.it/rpts/tools/DMR%20Contact%20Lists/ or use this program: https://www.raw.gr/utils/dmrcontacts/ to create a custom DMR list. In my case I downloaded one of just North America and then trimmed it down in Google Sheets.
